
Everyone goes bananas for my dairy-free banana bread ??? Hehe! I’m excited to share this recipe so others with dairy intolerances can also enjoy this classic & yummy comfort food ❤️


{ Dairy-Free Banana Bread }
Gather it:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 8 tbsp of butter (I substitute with Earth Balance – soy-free buttery spread for dairy-free).
- 1 tbsp of milk alternative (I use Oatly oat milk you can find this at Target)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Cook it:
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Lightly grease 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan with butter alternative or canola spray. *to make mini loaves, use 4 mini loaf pans.
- Over low heat, melt butter in a small sauce pan.
- Beat the sugar and butter in a large bowl. Add the eggs and beat mixture thoroughly.
- In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Mix in vanilla, milk alternative and cinnamon.
- In another large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Add the banana mixture to the sugar mixture and stir until combined.
- Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan(s).
- Bake 59-70 minutes depending on pan size. *Toothpick will come out clean in center of bread when cooked.
